SFC: SFC signs an Auditing Contract & change of personnel

On June 14, 2016, Sai Gon Fuel Joint Stock Company announced the change of personnel & sign an Auditing contract as follows:

-          The Company has signed an auditing contract with A&C Consulting and Auditing Co.Ltd. to audit its financial statements in 2016.

-          Approving the resignation of Mr. Bui Xuan Vu  as Deputy CEO  as from June 14, 2016.
