SCD: BODs Resolution on the 2017 AGM & dividend payment According to the Resolution No.02/NQ-HĐQT dated March 07, 2017, BODs of Chuong Duong Beverage Joint Stock Company approved the holding of the 2017 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders and the first 2016 dividend payment as follows:

+ Report on the plan for the profit distribution in 2016 and payment dividend for 2016.

2. To pay first cash dividends for 2016:
- Exercise ratio: 15%/par value (1,500dongs/share)
- Payment date: April 28, 2017
- Place of payment:
+ Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.
