The Board of Directors of Construction JSC No 5 approved to withdraw all of investment of VND18,925,500,000 in An Phuc Housing Trading and Construction JSC (*). The Board authorized CEO Pham Van Tu to negotiate and sign a contract to transfer stake to another partner.
