-          Name of company: Miaqua Water One Limited Company

-          Charter capital: 1,000,000,000 dongs

-          Address: group 2, Tan Loi hamlet, Tan Hung commune, Tan Chau district, Tay Ninh province, Vietnam.

-          Legal representative: Ms. Tran Que Trang – Chairwoman of BODs
