SAB: Resolution on the 2017 EGM

On February 16, 2017, Saigon Beer – Alcohol – Beverage Corporation announced Resolution on the 2017 Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders as follows:

Article 1: Approving the resignation of Mr. Vu Quang Hai as member of BODs with 99.9973% approval rate of total shares voting.

Article 2: Approving the resignation of Mr. Chung Tri Dung as member of Supervisory Board with 99.9972% approval rate of total shares voting.

Article 3: Approving the appointment of Mr. Nguyen Thanh Nam as member of BODs with 99.9985% approval rate of total shares voting.

Article 4: Approving the appointment of Mr. Nguyen Van Minh as member of Supervisory Board with 99.9978% approval rate of total shares voting.
