On June 26, 2017, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Announcement No.767/TB-SGDHCM about the record date for 2016 stock dividend payment of FLC FAROS Construction Joint Stock Company (stock code: ROS) as follows:

-        Ex-right date:   July 04, 2017

-        Record date:     July 05, 2017

1.      Reason and Purpose:  To pay stock dividend for 2016
2.      Details information:

-        Estimated issue volume:  43,000,000 shares

-        Exercise ratio: 10:1 (The one who owns 10 shares will receive 01 new share).

-        Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down. The fractional shares will be cancelled.

-        For example: if shareholder A owns 100.5 shares at the record date, he will receive 100 new shares. The fractional part (0.5share) will be cancelled.

-        Place of payment:

+ Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

+ Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at FLC FAROS Construction Joint Stock Company (address: 4^th floor, FLC Landmark Tower, Le Duc Tho Street, My Dinh 2 Ward, Nam Tu Liem District, Hanoi City).
