FAROS Construction Corporation announced Resolution No.04 dated November 29, 2016 as follows:

Articles 1:  Approving the stock issuance to raise its charter capital (According to the report No.01/TTr-HĐQT-FAROS on November 16, 2016)

Articles 2: Approving of the policy to change of the company (According to the report No.02/TTr-HĐQT-FAROS on November 16, 2016)

Articles 3: Approving the policy to supplement business lines of the company (According to the report No.03/TTr-HĐQT-FAROS on November 16, 2016).

Articles 4: Approving the policy to amend & supplement the company’s charter (According to the report No.04/TTr-HĐQT-FAROS on November 16, 2016).

Articles 5: Approving the resignation of Mr. Hoang Nhu Quyen as member of Supervisory Board as November 29, 2016.

Articles 6: Approving the appointment of Ms. Vu Dang Hai Yen as member of Supervisory Board as November 29, 2016.

Articles 7: This Resolution will be effective from November 29, 2016.
