RIC: Decision on the change of listing

On January 20, 2016, HOSE issued a decision to allow Royal International Joint Stock Corporation (Stock code: RIC) to change the listing as follows:

-        Number of shares before additional listing: 19,362,733 shares

-        Additional volume: 9,345,436 shares

-        Total additional value (based on par value): VND 93,454,360,000

-        Number of shares after additional listing: 28,708,169 shares

-        Total value after additional listing: VND 287,081,690,000

-        Effective date of the listing license: January 22, 2016

-        Reason of change: Additional listing for the shares of local founding shareholders.
