REE: Resolution on holding FY 2016 AGM & dividend payment

Based on Decision No.02/2017/QĐ-HĐQT-REE dated February 14, 2017, BODs of Refrigeration Electrical Engineering Corporation approved the holding of FY 2016 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders & dividend payment for 2016 as follows:

-          Record date:   March 01, 2017

1. To organize the FY 2016 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders:

-          Meeting time: 8:00AM, March 30, 2017

-          Meeting venue: E Town, 364 Cong Hoa, Ward 13, Tan Binh District, Hochiminh City.

2. To pay first cash dividends for 2016:

-          Exercise ratio: 16%/par value (1,600dongs/share)

-          Payment date: April 28, 2017
