QBS: SSC allows QBS to raise the foreign ownership limit

On February 24, 2017, the State Securities Commission (SSC) issued a dispatch allowing Quang Binh Import and Export Joint Stock Company (QBS) to adjust the ownership limit of foreign investors for QBS stock from 40% to 49%.
