PVT: Resolution on the 2017 AGM

PetroVietNam Transportation Corporation announced Resolution No.01/NQ-ĐHĐCĐ dated April 05, 2017 as follows:

1. Approving report on the company’s operation by BODs and Supervisory Board in 2016 & plan for 2017.

2. Approving the company’s business result in 2016 and the audited financial statements in 2016.
3. Approving the company’s business plan in 2017.

4. Approving the company’s business plan for the period 2016-2020.

5. Approving the selection of the auditing company to audit financial statements in 2017.

6. Approving the plan for the profit distribution and funds deduction for 2016.

7. Aprroving the remuneration payment for BODs & Supervisory Board 2016 and plan for 2017.

8. Approving the quantity of members of BODs for the period 2017-2022.

9. Approving the result of voting of the members of BODs & Supervisory Board for the period 2017-2022:
