PV OIL Quang Ninh: Notice of Cancellation of Auction

The Hochiminh Stock Exchange would like to announce the cancellation of second selling shares in blocks by PetroVietnam Oil Corporation (PV OIL) at PV OIL Quang Ninh as follows:

     Until 16:00 on July 03, 2017 - the deadline of registration and deposit of selling shares in blocks by PetroVietnam Oil Corporation (PV OIL) at PV OIL Quang Ninh, there was no investor to participate in the auction. Therefore, based on Article 16 of Decision No.599/QĐ-DVN dated June 23, 2017 promulgating the auction regulation on the selling shares in blocks by PetroVietnam Oil Corporation (PV OIL) at PV OIL Quang Ninh, this auction is not eligible to be held, and it is considered not successful.
