PPI: PPI approved to delay the submission of financial statements

On January 10, 2017, the State Securities Commission approved Pacific Infrastructure Project Development and Investment Corporation to delay the disclosure of financial statements. Accordingly, the Company was approved to release the Q4.2016 financial statements within 30 days from the last date of quarter, but no more than 05 days from the audit firm signs the reviewed financial statements.
