PNJ: PNJ signs agreements with related persons

The Board of Directors of Phu Nhuan Jewelry Joint Stock Company approved the signing of commercial agreements with the following companies, which are related to the members of the Board of Directors and the Directorate:

-          Golden Space Corp: signing an agreement on interior decoration and furniture for offices in 2017;

-          Vina Mekong Construction Consulting Joint Stock Company: signing an agreement on geological survey in 2017.
