PLX: The record date for the first cash dividend payment 2016

On July 12, 2017, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Announcement No.836/TB-SGDHCM regarding the record date of Viet Nam National Petroleum Group y (Stock code: PLX) as follows:

-          Ex-right date: July 20, 2017

-          Record date: July 21, 2017

-          Purpose: to pay the cash dividends for 2016.

-          Dividend pay-out ratio: 32.24%/ par value (VND 3,224/share).

-          Payment date: August 24, 2017

-          Place of payment:

+ Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

+ Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Viet Nam National Petroleum Group (1 Kham Thiem Street, Kham Thiem Ward, Dong Da District, Ha Noi City) as from August 24, 2017. Please submit ID card on receipt of dividends.
