On April 20, 2017, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Announcement No.5092/TB-SGDHCM regarding the record date of Petrolimex Insurance Corporation (Stock code: PGI) as follows:

-          Ex-right date: April 28, 2017

-          Record date: May 03, 2017

-          Purpose: to pay the 2^nd 2016 cash dividends

-          Dividend pay-out ratio: 1%/ par value (VND 100/ share).

-          Payment date: May 22, 2017

-          Place of payment:

+        Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

+        Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Petrolimex Insurance Corporation (address: Floor 21 - Mipec Building, No. 229 Tay Son street, Dong Da District, Hanoi City) as from May 22, 2017. Please submit ID card on receipt of dividends.
