PET: PET contributes funds to establish ITS

On March 29, 2016, the Board of Directors of Petrovietnam General Services Corporation (HOSE: PET) approved the capital contribution to establish Saigon Investment Trading Technology Joint Stock Company (short name: ITS) at 6^th Floor, PetroVietnam, 1-5 Le Duan, Ben Nghe ward, district 1, Hochiminh city. ITS has the charter capital of VND50 billion, in which PET invests VND20 billion or 40%.
