PDR: BoD approves to transfer capital from Hiep Phat

On May 18, 2016, the Board of Directors of Phat Dat Real Estate Development Corp approved to transfer all of its contributed capital worth VND4,99,925,000 or 99.998% stake in Hiep Phat Steel Processing Co., Ltd.. After the deal, Hiep Phat Steel Processing Co., Ltd. will be no longer a subsidiary of Phat Dat Real Estate Development Corp.
