PC1: Increasing the stake in subsidiaries

On July 28, 2017, BODs of Power Construction Joint Stock Company approved to raise the stake in subsidiaries as follows:

-          Approving the charter capital increase for Power Construction Company Limited – Southern from 5,000,000,000 dongs up to 10,000,000,000 dongs.

-          Approving the charter capital increase for Power Construction Company Limited – My Dinh from 5,000,000,000 dongs up to 10,000,000,000 dongs.

-          Approving the charter capital increase for Power Construction Company Limited – Tu Liem from 5,000,000,000 dongs up to 10,000,000,000 dongs.

-          Approving the charter capital increase for Power Construction Company Limited – Northern from 5,000,000,000 dongs up to 10,000,000,000 dongs.
