3. Approving compensations for the BOD & the Supervisory Board.
4. Approving changes of operation charter.
5. Approving appointment of Mr. Raditya Putra as a member of the Supervisory Board to replace Mr. Bernardi Djumiril.
6. Approving list of the BOD term 2017 – 2011.
