NAF: Notice of Board resolution

Nafoods Group JSC announced the Board resolution dated June 10, 2016 as follows:

Article 1: Approving the business performance in the first four months and business plan for Quarter III.2016.

Article 2: Approving the policy on establishing a research centre of Nafoods Group.

Article 3: Approving to invest VND1,400,000,000 to establish Nafoods Tay Bac JSC and appoint Mr. Nguyen Manh Hung, CEO of Nafoods Group JSC, as the representative managing the contributed capital (35%) in Nafoods Tay Bac JSC.

Article 4: Approving to invest VND3,500,000,000 to establish Nafoods Pleiku JSC and appoint Mr. Nguyen Manh Hung, CEO of Nafoods Group JSC, as the representative managing the contributed capital (35%) in Nafoods Pleiku JSC.
