MWG: Notice of cash dividend and bonus shares

Mobile World Investment Corporation announces that it will pay cash dividend for 2016 and issue bonus shares as follows:

1. Cash dividend for 2016:

-          Payment ratio: 15%/share (VND1,500 for a share)

-          Record date: May 23, 2017

-          Payment date: May 31, 2017

2. Issuing bonus shares:

-          Exercise ratio: 1:1 (Those who own 01 share will receive 01 new share.)

-      Plan to deal with fractional shares (if any): The number of shares distributed to each shareholder will be rounded down, and fractional shares (if any) will be cancelled.
