MWG: MWG buys back of shares of ESOP

On December 29, 2016, Mobile World Investment Corporation has declared infomation on buyback of shares as treasury shares from the employees left, the list of employees attached as follows:

-        Number of treasury shares before trading:  48,670 shares

-        Number of treasury shares registered to buy back: 6,900 shares

-        Purpose: To buy back of shares as treasury shares from the employees left.

-        Expected trading period: January, 2017

-       Trading method: to transfer rights via the Vietnam Securities Depository – Hochiminh Branch.
