On May 23, 2016, HOSE issued a decision to allow MHC Joint Stock Company (securities code: MHC) to change the listing as follows:

-        Additional volume: 1,355,539 shares

-        Total additional value (based on par value): VND13,555,390,000

-        Number of shares after additional listing: 28,466,447 shares

-        Total value after additional listing: VND284,664,470,000

-        Effective date of the listing license:  May 25, 2016

-        Reason of change: Share issue for ESOP
