MeKong Petroleum transport joint-stock company: Notice of Cancellation of Auction

The Hochiminh Stock Exchange would like to announce the cancellation of share auction of MeKong Petroleum transport joint-stock company as follows:

           Until 16:00 on December 21, 2015 - the deadline of registration and deposit, there was no investor to participate in the auction. Therefore, based on Article 14 of Decision No.533/QD-SGDHCM dated December 01, 2015 promulgating the share auction regulation of MeKong Petroleum transport joint-stock company, this auction is not eligible to be held, and it is considered not successful.
