MeKong Petroleum: Notice of Cancellation of Auction

At 16:00 on November 19, 2015, the deadline of registration and deposit for the share auction of MeKong Petroleum Joint Stock Company owned by Can Tho Lottery One Member of State Co., Ltd., there was one investor registering to participate the auction. Therefore, basing on Article 14 of Decision No.477/QD-SGDHCM dated October 30, 2015 regarding the regulation on the share auction of MeKong Petroleum Joint Stock Company owned by Can Tho Lottery One Member of State Co., Ltd., the auction is not eligible to be held, and it is considered not successful.
