LIX: Decision on the change of listing

On August 11, 2016, HOSE issued a decision to allow Lix Detergent Joint Stock Company (securities code: LIX) to change the listing as follows:

-        Number of shares before additional listing: 21,600,000 shares

-        Additional volume: 10,800,000 shares

-        Total additional value (based on par value): VND108,000,000,000

-        Number of shares after additional listing: 32,400,000 shares

-        Total value after additional listing: VND324,000,000,000

-        Effective date of the listing license:  August 15, 2016

-        Reason of change: issue of share to raise capital from the owner’s equity.
