LGC: BODs Resolution on the 2017 AGM & dividend payment

According to the Resolution No.02/NQ-HĐQT dated March 07, 2017, BODs of CII Bridges and Roads Investment Joint Stock Company approved the holding of the 2017 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders and the remaining 2016 dividend payment as follows:   

1. To organize the 2017 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders:

-          Contents:

+ Report on the company’s operation by BODs & Supervisory Board and plans for 2017.

+ Report on the company’s business result & plans for 2017.

+ Report on the plan for the profit distribution in 2016 and payment dividend for 2016.

+ Other issues.

2. To pay remaining cash dividends for 2016:

-          Exercise ratio: 9.6%

-          Payment date:  May 31, 2017
