Central Power Real Estate Joint Stock Company announces the record date for holding the 2017 Extraordinary General Meeting as follows:

-          Record date: July 25, 2017

-          Exercise ratio: 1:1 (01 share – 01 voting right)

-          Time and place of implementation will be noticed in invitation letters.

-          Content of meeting:

• To adjust the plan for issuing shares to the existing shareholders to raise the charter capital. Issue ratio: 1:2.1.
• To submit the plan for issuing bonds.
• To submit the plan for M&A of P&P Construction Investment Joint Stock Company.
• To amend the Articles of Association.
• To adopt the Corporate Governance.
• To approve the resignation of members of the Board of Supervisors, and appoint new members to the Board of Supervisors.
