LDG: The record date for AGM 2016

On February 15, 2016, the Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange issued Announcement No.113/TB-SGDHCM on the record date of LDG Investment Joint Stock Company (stock code: LDG) as follows:

-       Ex-right date: March 01, 2016

-       Record date: March 02, 2016

-       Purpose: To organize the 2016 annual general meeting of shareholders

-       Meeting time & venue: The meeting time & venue will be announced later

• This announcement replaces Announcement No.1109/TB-SGDHCM dated November 12, 2015 by HOSE regarding the second extraordinary general meeting of 2015.
• Reason: The Board of Directors need more time to prepare documents for the meeting. Besides, the meeting date of the second extraordinary general meeting of 2015 is close to the annual general meeting 2016, so the Company decided to transfer the contents of the second extraordinary general meeting of 2015 to the annual general meeting 2016.
