LCG: Notice of Board Resolution _ 23 Apr 2016

On April 23, 2016, the Board of Directors of LICOGI 16 Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:

1. Approving to contribute capital with a ratio of 50/50 in the construction of Binh Tien Road and Bridge – BT2 Project with BCCI.
2. Approving to sell the house at 49B Phan Dang Luu, Hochiminh city. Selling price: VND10 billion.
3. Assigning the Directorate to hire a consulting firm for the Company’s IR.
4. Appointing Mr. Tang Quoc Thuoc as Deputy CEO, effective from April 26, 2016.  
5. Approving to the resignation of Ms. Cao Thi Mai Le as CFO, effective from May 10, 2016.
