LCG: LCG to establish a new company

On August 11, 2016, the Board of Directors of LICOGI 16 Joint Stock Company approved to contribute VND15 billion (equivalent to 30%) by cash or assets to establish Phuoc Thien Urban Area Co., Ltd. at 885 Nguyen Quy Duc, An Phu ward, district 2, Hochiminh city.
