LCG: BODs Resolution No.10 _ 14 Apr 2017

Based on Decision No.10/2017/NQ-HĐQT dated April 14, 2017, BODs of LICOGI 16 Joint Stock Company approved to nominate the representative of stake to other companies as follows:

1. Mr. Vu Cong Hung is representative of stake of 1,940,264 shares of LCG in Licogi 166 Joint Stock Company.
2. Mr. Tang Quoc Thuoc is representative of stake of 1,587,489 shares of LCG in Licogi 166 Joint Stock Company.
3. Mr. Hoang Minh Khai is representative of stake of 20% of charter capital of LCG in Construction & Trading No 12 Co., Ltd.
4. Mr. Tran Viet Khoa is representative of stake of 40% of charter capital of LCG in Construction & Trading No 12 Co., Ltd.
5. BODs approved the appointment of Mr. Tang Quoc Thuoc as CEO as May 04, 2017.
