KTB: Decision on the transfer of land-use rights in 5A Urban

Tay Bac Minerals Investment Joint Stock Company has posted the decision dated January 18, 2016 by the People’s Committee of Soc Trang Province regarding the transfer of land-use rights on the Company’s website. Accordingly, the areas allowed for the transfer of land-use rights were built the infrastructure and belongs to 5A Urban Development and Resettlement Project in Mac Dinh Chi, ward 4, Soc Trang city, Soc Trang province, with the total area of 106,652.46 m2. In which:

-       Area for villas: 91,048.13 m2 (329 villas)

-       Area for terraced houses: 15,604.33 m2 (172 houses).
