Binh Duong Mineral and Construction Joint Stock Company announced about The record date for the second cash dividend payment 2016 as follows:

-          Record date: November 18, 2016

-          Dividend pay-out ratio: 10%/ par value (VND1,000/ share)

-          Purpose: to pay the second cash dividend for 2016  

-          Payment date: December 19, 2016

-          Place of payment:

• Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.
• Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Binh Duong Mineral and Construction Joint Stock Company (Address: Binh Duong Boulevard, Hoa Lan 1 Area , Thuan Giao Ward, Thuan An Town, Binh Duong Province) Company as from December 19, 2016. Please submit ID card on receipt of dividends.
