Binh Thuan Mineral Industry Joint Stock Company announced the Board resolution dated November 05, 2015 as follows:

Article 1: Approving the result of the second public offering from October 06, 2015 to October 28, 2015:

-          Quantity of offering shares: 56,056,416 shares

-          Quantity of sold shares: 1,220,007 shares

-          Quantity of unsold shares: 54,836,409 shares

Article 2: Approving the distribution of 54,836,409 unsold shares. 

-          Selling price: VND10,000/share

-          Payment time: from November 05, 2015 to the end of November 20, 2015
