KHP: Notice of change of personnel Khanh Hoa Power Joint Stock Company (KHPC) announced the change of EVNCPC’s representative from August 01, 2016:
1) Mr. Pham Sy Hung, Deputy CEO of EVNCPC, Member of the Board of Directors of KHPC, resigned as the representative for EVNCPC’s stake in KHPC. Mr. Hung is still a Board member of KHPC.
2) Mr. Phan Cong Binh, Head of the Internal Supervisory Board of EVNCPC, Member of the Board of Directors of KHPC, became the representative for EVNCPC’s stake in KHPC.
3) To restructure the managing proportion of representatives of EVNCPC in KHPC:
- Mr. Nguyen Thanh Lam, Board Chairman of KHPC represents 31.53% charter capital.
- Mr. Nguyen Cao Ky, Board Member cum CEO of KHPC, represents 10% charter capital.
- Mr. Phan Cong Binh, Head of the Internal Supervisory Board of EVNCPC, Member of the Board of Directors of KHPC, represents 10% charter capital. HOSE
