KBC: Resolution on plan for private placement of convertible bonds

Kinh Bac City Development Holding Corporation announced Board resolution No.0111 dated November 01, 2016 as follows:

Articles 1:  Board approved the plan for private placement of convertible bonds

Articles 2: Board approved the plan for the use & repayment of proceeds from the private placement of convertible bonds.

Articles 3: Board approved the list of investors for private placement of convertible bonds.

Articles 4: This resolution will be effective from November 01, 2016.
