JVC: Requests for a delay in the disclosure of financial statements

Japan Vietnam Medical Instrument Joint Stock Company (stock code: JVC) sent an official document to the Hochiminh Stock Exchange to request to delay the disclosure of the financial statements and the consolidated financial statements for the first half of 2017 and the whole year of 2017 (Fiscal year from April 01, 2017 to March 31, 2018).

-          For the quarterly financial statements: within 30 days from the last day of quarter;

-          For the reviewed semi-annual financial statements: within 60 days from the last day of first six months;

-          For the audited annual financial statements: within 100 days from the ending date of fiscal year.

The request of Japan Vietnam Medical Instrument Joint Stock Company will be reviewed and approved in writing by the State Securities Commission.
