With 74 participants representing 53,309,412 shares, accounting for 47.39% on 112,500,711 issued shares, the second annual general meeting of 2015 of Japan Vietnam Medical Instrument Joint Stock Company was not successful. Therefore, Japan Vietnam Medical Instrument Joint Stock Company will organize the third annual general meeting of 2015.
