On April 01, 2016, HOSE issued a decision to allow Hung Vuong Corporation (Stock code: HVG) to change the listing as follows:

-        Number of shares before additional listing: 189,199,332 shares

-        Additional volume: 37,838,959 shares

-        Total additional value (based on par value): VND 378,389,590,000

-        Number of shares after additional listing: 227,038,291shares

-        Total value after additional listing: VND 2,270,382,910,000

-        Effective date of the listing license: April 05, 2016

-        Reason of change: To issue shares for dividend payment.
