HT1: HT1 cooperates to set up Truong Tho Company

Ha Tien 1 Cement Joint Stock Company has announced the cooperation to establish a new joint stock company as follows:

-          Name of new company: Truong Tho Real Estate Development Investment Joint Stock Company

-          Head office (estimated): Room 1606, 16^th Floor, Sailing Building, 111A Pasteur, Ben Nghe Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City.

-          Shareholders at the time of the establishment:

(i)            Ha Tien Transport Joint Stock Company owns 5% charter capital

(ii)          Ha Tien 1 Cement Joint Stock Company owns 45.9% charter capital

(iii)         R.C Real Estate Development and Finance Corporation owns 49.1% charter capital.

-          Charter capital: VND30 billion.
