HSG: The record date for second stock dividend payment for FY 2014-2015

On May 16, 2016, HOSE issued Announcement No.578/TB-SGDHCM on the record date of Hoa Sen Group (HSG) as follows:

1. Ex-right date: May 31, 2016         
2. Record date: June 01, 2016          
3. Purpose: to pay second stock dividends for financial year 2014-2015
4. Detailed information:

To pay stock dividends for financial year 2014-2015

-          Exercise ratio: 10:05 (The one who owns 10 shares will receive 05 new shares)

-          Estimated issue volume: 65,513,533 shares

-          Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down. The fractional shares will be cancelled.

-          For example, if shareholder A owns shares at the record date, he will receive  new shares. The fractional part ( share) will be cancelled.

-          Place of payment:

*  Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

*  Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Hoa Sen Group.
