Hoa Sen Group announced Resolution No.97 dated December 07, 2016 as follows:

           Approving the contents adjustment to the FY 2016-2017 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders:

-          Report of BoD for FY 2015-2016 & operating plan for FY 2016-2017;

-          Report on the business production for FY 2015-2016 & business production plan for FY 2016-2017

-          Report on the FY 2015-2016 audited consolidated financial statement;

-          Report on the compensation for BoD & Supervisory Board in 2015-2016;

-           Report on the result of dividend payment for FY 2014-2015 & increase its charter capital;

-          Report on the implementation of the projects;

-          Approving a plan for issuance of shares under ESOP (issuing rate: 1.76%).
