HQC: HQC Tan Huong receives a land-use exemption

On February 14, 2017, Hoang Quan Consulting – Trading – Service Real Estate Corporation (HQC) officially received Decision No.38/QD-CT dated January 16, 2017 by the Department of Taxation of Tien Giang Province regarding the land-use exemption. Accordingly, HQC received a land-use exemption of VND59,884,605,000 for HQC Tan Huong Social Housing Project in Tan Huong commune, Chau Thanh district, Tien Giang Province.

HQC Tan Huong Project has the total investment of VND1,226 billion and the total area of 6.049 hectares, including eighteen 10-storey blocks, 3,057 apartments with the area from 33 m2 to 56 m2.
