On June 08, 2016, HOSE issued a decision to allow Hoang Quan Consulting – Trading – Service Real Estate Corporation (securities code: HQC) to change the listing as follows:

-        Number of shares before additional listing: 395,000,000 shares

-        Additional volume: 31,600,000 shares

-        Total additional value (based on par value): VND316,000,000,000

-        Number of shares after additional listing: 426,600,000 shares

-        Total value after additional listing: VND4,266,000,000,000

-        Effective date of the listing license:  June 10, 2016

Reason of change: Stock issuance to pay dividend payment for 2015 for existing shareholders.
