-          Name of company: Hoa Phat Steel Joint Stock Company – Dung Quat

-          Charter capital: VND10,000,000,000,000

-          Capital contribution:

+ Hoa Phat Group Joint Stock Company contributed 98% of charter capital (equivalent to VND 9,800,000,000,000).

+ Hoa Phat Steel Ltd.Com contributed 1% of charter capital (equivalent to VND 100,000,000,000).

+ Hoa Phat Steel Joint Stock Company contributed 1% of charter capital (equivalent to VND 100,000,000,000).

-          Address: Dung Quat Economic Sector, Binh Dong, Binh Son, Quang Ngai, Vietnam.

-          Legal representative:

+ Mr. Tran Tuan Duong – Chairman of BODs is the representative of capital of HPG in Hoa Phat Steel Joint Stock Company – Dung Quat.

+ Mr. Kieu Chi Cong is the representative of capital of Hoa Phat Steel Ltd.Com in Hoa Phat Steel Joint Stock Company – Dung Quat.
