On 19^th February, 2016, Hochiminh City Public Lighting Company Limited and 1 -5 Tay Ninh Rubber Company Limited  offered more than 3 million  and 7.8 million shares, equivalent to 10.64% and 32% of charter capital to the public at Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE), at the offering price of VND 10,000/share.
