HNG: Allowed to delay AGM 2017

Hoang Anh Gia Lai Agricultural Joint Stock Company applied an extension to the Department of Planning and Investment of Gia Lai Province to delay the holding of Annual General Meeting. Therefore, on April 20, 2017, the Department allowed HNG to delay the 2017 Annual General Meeting but no more than 06 months from the last day of fiscal year.
