HID: Resolution of Annual General Meeting 2016

Ha Long Investment & Consulting Joint Stock Company announced the resolution of Annual General Meeting 2016 dated July 17, 2016 as follows:

Resolved

1. To approve the report on the 2015 business result and the company’s business plan for 2016
2. To approve the report of the Board of Supervisors about the business performance.
3. To approve the report of the Board of Directors about the business performance.
4. To approve the 2015 financial statement audited.
5. To approve the remuneration scheme for the Board of Directors, Supervisory Board in 2015 and plan for 2016.
6. To approve to select an financial auditing firm for the 2016.
7. To approve the 2015 profit distribution, plan for increasing charter capital, offering shares
8. To approve business plan for 2016 and the 2016 payment dividend.
9. To approve the BOD Chairman concurrently as CEO.
10. Implementation provision

This resolution was approved by the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders and took effect as from July 18, 2016.
